I have heard from others on my islands that their intention is to hit all of UPRR. I doubt it since their beef is with me, but feel it is my duty to let you all know so you can keep an eye out for occupying forces. They do not use navy but occupy and attack primarily with phalanx and a lot of them, numbers over 1000 on some waves. Just a heads up. Does it still apply when players go inactive?
